How do I print my certificate? After completing the course
and passing the exam with an 80% or better, you will be able to
print and/or save your certificate by clicking on the "Certificate
of Completion" icon at the bottom of the course page (usually right
under the Course Exam link).
How do I request a course? We are always looking to provide
you with courses that meet your needs and interests. If there

Where can I find the advanced courses? If you are a Florida
Contractor and need to find the Advanced Florida Building Codes
courses, our recommendation is to look at Red Vector. Yes,
they are a competitor, but their courses are available online and
they have the advanced code modules for $25/contact hour.
Why doesn't my login work? The most probably reason is that
you paid by e-check. Unfortunately, PayPal holds e-check funds
for 3-5 working days. As soon as they "clear" those funds,
PayPal notifies our server and you will be able to login.
PayPal has some frustrating quirks, but they are by far the most
secure method for handling credit cards.
The other possible reasons that you cannot login are that your
subscription expired and the credit card or bank account PayPal has
on file is not active anymore, that you cancelled your subscription
or that you misremembered your username and/or password. Your
password is case sensitive.
